Risk Disclosure

Important Risk Warning

CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. A high percentage of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

This Risk Disclosure explains the main risks of trading with FinVibes Capital. It does not cover every possible risk, so please read it carefully before opening an account and seek independent advice if you are unsure whether trading is right for you.

1

Trading Risks

When you trade CFDs, you do not own the underlying currency, metal, commodity, index, or share; you trade on its price movement. CFDs are traded over the counter, with FinVibes Capital as your counterparty, not on a regulated exchange.

Leverage of up to 1:500 lets you control a large position with a small deposit, which means small price movements can lead to large gains or large losses. If your account equity falls below the required margin, your positions may be closed automatically at a loss without notice.

Markets can move quickly due to economic data, central bank decisions, geopolitical events, and sentiment. This can cause sudden losses, price gaps, and slippage, especially at market open, over weekends, or during major news.

Stop-loss and limit orders may be filled at a worse price and do not guarantee protection. In low liquidity, spreads may widen and it may be difficult to open or close positions at your chosen price.

Holding positions overnight may incur swap charges, and trading instruments priced in a different currency from your account exposes you to exchange rate movements.

Share and index CFDs may be affected by dividends, earnings, corporate actions, and trading halts, while metals and commodities can be highly volatile due to supply, demand, and global events.

2

Platform, Counterparty and Automated Trading Risks

Online trading depends on internet connections, devices, and third-party platforms such as MetaTrader 5. Outages, delays, or cyber incidents may stop you from placing or closing trades.

You are also exposed to the risk that FinVibes Capital, or any liquidity provider or payment institution we use, may be unable to meet its obligations.

Expert Advisors, trading robots, and copy trading carry additional risks, including technical errors and poor strategy performance, and you remain fully responsible for any trades they place.
